Hi! I’m Mayssam Ghanem, a certified Holistic Health and Mindfulness Coach devoted to women’s wellness. My deepest purpose is to support others in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner truth—so they can live healthier, more empowered lives.

Through a personalized and compassionate approach, I guide women in making sustainable lifestyle changes—whether it’s nourishing their bodies through food, tending to sleep and stress, or cultivating more mindful awareness in daily life. I’m here to walk with you every step of the way—offering clarity, calm, and connection.

My own healing journey has been deeply shaped by over 15 years of yoga and meditation practice. Rooted in Buddhist-inspired teachings and compassionate practices, meditation became a source of refuge for me—a place to meet myself with kindness, especially in the midst of stress and change. These practices now infuse all the work I do, including how I coach, hold space, and guide others back to themselves.

Becoming a mother deepened this path even further and led me to train in Mindful Birthing and Holistic Childbirth Education. Supporting women through the powerful transition of pregnancy and birth is something I hold close to my heart. I’m committed to creating a space where women can feel safe, seen, and strong.
